Electrical substation operating shaft

This type of device is widely used in medium- and high-voltage electrical substations, to interrupt or restore the power supply.

There are many kinds of these devices, each with technical and functional specifications.

One of our long-standing customers entrusted us with the challenge of managing the entire production process and product range, ensuring high quality and technical standards, even in widely varying batch sizes.

Flame diffuser for boilers

In research and development, the client designed a new type of boiler inside of which a subassembly is to be mounted that is the core of the operation and performance of the entire system.

The flame spread must meet specific requirements, otherwise the whole system is likely to malfunction.

He turned to Minifaber to die-forming the upper part with 5900 holes. This was the first challenge.

High-end coffee machine

Our long-standing client involved us in the development of a series of coffee machines for the Ho.Re.Ca. market.

These machines differ from the normal ones in stores: construction features, extreme aesthetics, durability, and noble materials make this coffee machine suitable for a non-consumer market.

Minifaber was involved in the co-design of the metal parts that would be manufactured using a series of dies.

Industrial fans

Project Description
The axial fans developed by our customer represent a technologically advanced solution for managing heat transfer in a wide range of devices and systems. Due to their shallow installation depth, low noise level and outstanding energy efficiency, they are particularly suitable for applications requiring high performance, such as air transport in heat exchangers.

Professional Lighting Projector

The customer first requests the manufacture of a few components for his product and then, completely satisfied with our work, delegates to us the overall production of the device, from 0 to 100.

To accomplish this, we joined forces by coordinating, in addition to in-house production departments, specialized suppliers for surface treatments, thus becoming, in effect, the prime contractors for manufacturing this complex equipment.

The implementation of this project involved overcoming several obstacles:
