Sterilizer
Pressure steam sterilizer for medical instruments

A pressure steam sterilizer, commonly known as an autoclave, is a device used to sterilize medical instruments and materials through the use of saturated steam under pressure.
This method ensures the elimination of all microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores, making the instruments completely sterile and safe for use in healthcare settings.
The client was looking for a partner who could assist him in the realization of this complex product.
Special care had to be taken in manufacturing the deep-drawn part as it had to meet the technical requirements of pressure vessels with PED and ASME (American) certifications.
For him, it represented a new product; the unknowns were many, and he needed a supplier who, through co-design, prototyping, and die-making, could provide a complete, assembled, tested product.
In addition to the deep-drawn part, the project involved the fabrication of multiple components that, with different production technologies, would complete the entire machine components.
