Project Description
The axial fans developed by our customer represent a technologically advanced solution for managing heat transfer in a wide range of devices and systems. Due to their shallow installation depth, low noise level and outstanding energy efficiency, they are particularly suitable for applications requiring high performance, such as air transport in heat exchangers.
For Minifaber, this project represented an ambitious challenge: learning how to accurately and reliably handle the machining of thick sheet metal, a critical step in the delicate process of deep drawing. Our answer was to design and implement an entire integrated production line capable of handling every stage of the production process, from initial machining to 100 percent dimensional inspection, ensuring the highest quality and precision.
We did not just supply a single component but offered the customer a complete product, ready to be installed directly into his fans. This collaboration underscores our ability to tackle complex projects with an innovative approach, making us a strategic and reliable partner for high-value technology solutions.
