Flame diffuser for boilers
Flame diffuser made of different high temperature resistant steels

In research and development, the client designed a new type of boiler inside of which a subassembly is to be mounted that is the core of the operation and performance of the entire system.
The flame spread must meet specific requirements, otherwise the whole system is likely to malfunction.
He turned to Minifaber to die-forming the upper part with 5900 holes. This was the first challenge.
The second challenge was to design a process capable of printing a very special type of steel, resistant to high temperatures and at the same time particularly "hard," without having cracks of any kind.
Once again, we can say: challenge overcome.
- New type of boiler with non-standard characteristics
- Production of the upper part with 5900 holes starting from the die
- Design of a process capable of printing a steel that is particularly resistant to high temperatures.
