Project Description
One of our clients, a recognized leader in the latest generation of electric vehicle chargers (EV chargers), was looking for a supplier who could make the outer shell for one of its most advanced models.
This project required a partner capable of ensuring high quality standards and an integrated approach to production.
Thanks to our experience and expertise, we have emerged as an ideal partner for the co-design of the product, managing the entire production process: from sheet metal stamping, laser cutting, laser welding, to final painting. The quality of our products and the reliability of our processes have enabled us to fully meet customer expectations.
Following the success of the collaboration, the client gave us an additional assignment, asking us to also handle the assembly of the device's internal components. This choice not only optimized his supply chain but also allowed him to free up space in its plants, thereby increasing the capacity of its final production lines.
This collaboration testifies to our ability to support clients with comprehensive and personalized service, contributing to the success of their most innovative projects.
A further challenge for our client was to find a supplier with all the technologies needed to produce the device in-house and the ability, in terms of space and technical expertise, to make the assembly lines.
