Minifaber achives the BAQ

Confindustria awards companies which realize high quality school-work cooperation

Confindustria Bergamo rewards the local companies that insert and train, according to the Italian Project "Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro", students from secondary schools.

Minifaber has entered nine students during 2017-2018 school year,  attending "ITIS Paleocapa" and "AFP Patronato San Vincenzo", and also welcoming a Swedish intern from ABB Industrigymnasium in Västerås - Sweden.

Below is an excerpt from the end-stage report of one of the third year students at ITIS Paleocapa:

[...] At the end of this esperience I can finally say that all the employees of the company have always been kind and very helpful to me, expecially those who are part of the technical office and the tooling department, in which I passed most of the time and I feel compelled to thank for this experience. So I had a first positive approach to the labour market, I hope I will have the opportunity to come back next year.
